The Swiss company Urban Project SA charged the Diego Varan Render studio with the realization of images of architectural visualization of a Fribourg urban project.
It was a restoration and redevelopment project involving a district in Route de Schiffenen overlooking the river Schiffenensee.
Looking at the exterior renders, you can notice that three new residential buildings will be built in the Schiffenen Housing area, already occupied by further high-density residential buildings.
The volumes of the new constructions are placed in a space consistently organized and marked by geometry. Wide green areas, such as the one for fitness activities (jogging etc.), enrich the environment.
We also realized the renders for the interior environments, focusing on a standard apartment: the interior design has minimalist features, the warm textures of wood alternate with light-coloured cold surfaces, whereas the furniture displays a very contemporary and refined taste.
