It was a complete work which consisted in rendering the interiors, the exteriors and the shared spaces of a building radically restored. The extensive renovation by the office Ribo+ converted a PTT telecommunications centre owned by Swisscom into luxury residences.
In this case, we cooperated with Urban Project on the architectural visualization which enabled our client to set colours, materials and spatial arrangement of the whole estate.
On the basis of the architects’ working drawings the Diego Varan Render office made several renders suitable to help with the project analysis and evaluation during the execution of the project and later essential to show the project to future purchasers.
This cooperation lasted several years. We 3D modelled the shared courtyard, the apartments and the external views. Every render was the result of the plan of materials, the extremely precise juxtaposition of textures, the interior design plan of the housing units and the light design of every space.
Exterior renders let you perceive the visual distinction among volumes. Green walkable terraces on rooftops are enriched by the modern and precious furniture and décor. The 3D modelled buildings consist of apartments accurately designed and fitted out with contemporary linear furnishings, very welcoming for their warm tones which make the atmosphere be friendly and private.
Great attention was paid to shared spaces, which are in an elegant and modern style thanks to monochrome and neutral textures and where suitable signs were placed appropriately. All the images of architectural visualization enhance the neighborhood. Moreover the lush and exotic hill mirrored in the lake Maggiore is also shown in the photo-mock-ups for the official presentation of the project.
