The architects Lorenzo Clerici and Giacomo Tuttuci have commissioned us to create a series of 3D rendered images for the project they did in front of Milan Central Station.
This project presents itself as a modern and functional construction that seeks to integrate into the urban context of the city. The strategic location of the building, right in the heart of Milan, makes it an ideal center for both offices and commercial activities, with views towards one of the busiest and most connected areas of the city.
The building features a modular structure with a glass and metal façade that gives it a contemporary and elegant appearance, while maximizing the entry of natural light. The straight, repetitive lines of the windows and structural elements create a modern aesthetic that fits the urban environment.
The ground floor is designed to house commercial areas, which increases its functionality and makes it a key point for both workers and visitors who frequent the area.
In terms of connectivity, its proximity to Milan Central Station ensures unbeatable access to public transport, including trains, buses and metro, facilitating mobility in and out of the city. In addition, the surrounding area has a large number of services, restaurants and shops, which reinforces its appeal for those looking for a workspace in a dynamic and well-connected area.
This project represents a perfect combination of functionality and modernity, providing a high-quality space in one of the most important areas of Milan, and is ideal for both companies and businesses looking to establish themselves in the city center.
