Urban Project, as always, is synonymous with great architectural projects. As a partner of theirs in creating renders we were offered the opportunity to participate in the largest private building site in Europe.
The Quartier de l’Étang is a district of Vernier, near Geneva, which was replanned from scratch by the Swiss developer. A total of almost 250000 sq. m of new buildings, parks, squares and parking lots that will revolutionize the appearance of the whole area.
Our contribution was a profound work of modeling focused on lot D of the project and extending to the whole district for reasons of realism. The images created for exteriors (no less than 30) aim to illustrate the new architectures and everyday life among the green of large parks and numerous public spaces.
They add to very numerous images of the common areas, the terraces and the interiors, all conceived for the real estate. An absolute novelty were three virtual tours which can be visited online comfortably, using a browser and without any app to install.
Thanks to the combination of classic renders and virtual tours the potential buyers will find it much easier to visualize their new home, years in advance of the end of work.
The ceremony of laying the first stone occurred on March 16th 2018 and obviously we participated in the event with the pride of being part of this important urban transformation.
