We have been supporting Urban Project SA in this huge project for some years now and it is an honor to participate partially in what will soon be the Quartier de l’Étang.
The complex will host more than 1,000 dwellings, shops, hotels, education facilities, sport facilities, administrative premises and paramedical activities. This is a project of redevelopment of 11 disused hectares in the municipality of Vernier.
Its realization will continue at least until 2022. Our support in this phase becomes essential, so as to show investors and real estate agents the final result, that is to say, how the various components of this grandiose project will be realized before their actual construction.
