Urban Project of Geneva invited us to cooperate with them in making some renders as part of the catalog concerning the apartments of a building in Rue Rossi 16, Genève.
A complete work which helped the realtors to succeed in selling the apartments. We realized the floorplans and the images referred to the livings of all kinds of apartment. We took pictures of the building and of the real context which surrounds it, which served as the sight seen from the interiors.
Finally, we modelled and rendered the external images fitted in the real context. In a word, a complete assistance in creating all the images for the brochure for the public by Dimitri Signolle, who we were constantly in touch with during the composition.
In this case, the most considerable challenge in the work was to make the glass panels of the facade look as real as possible.
More than six months of hard work for this project, supporting the client and providing them with all the requested simulations concerning the choice of materials, in order to find the right balance of textures and colours.
